While using our Mobile apps, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, and email address ("Personal Information").

Our application requires access to your device's camera to capture photos for face-based attendance and geo-tagging features. We do not share your facial recognition data or photos with any third parties, and this data is used strictly for attendance, asset tracking, and operational verification.

Like many app operators, we collect information that your device sends whenever you use our applications.

Your Right to Delete Data
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and account. To request data deletion, you can:

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently delete your personal information, location history, and facial recognition data from our active servers within 30 days, except for data we are strictly required to retain for legal, accounting, or regulatory compliance purposes.

If our services utilize web views, cookies may be sent to your browser and stored on your device's hard drive to collect information.
